As you enter Eagles Peak, you are greeted by a bright, open main area with warm hardwood details and natural light streaming through a wall of windows.

The living room centers around a stone fireplace with gas logs, creating a cozy atmosphere. A large flat-screen TV, Alexa technology, and leather seating make it an ideal gathering place for movie nights or quiet evenings by the fire.

While relaxing at Eagles Peak, you can enjoy high speed internet access with streaming TV that includes access to Hulu TV, HBO Max, Disney+, and ESPN+, as well as access your own favorite apps.

A foosball table located in the main area, as well a Blu-ray player, DVD`s, board games, books, and puzzles, and a corn hole game provide endless family fun and entertainment.

The dining area, with seating for six, flows into the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with new flooring, new stainless steel appliances and a variety of cooking supplies and utensils for your stay. Plus, you’ll find labeled cabinets and drawers for easy navigation, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as coffee pods, tea, and spices.

The main floor is also where you will find the primary king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Once upstairs, you’ll discover the secondary king bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake. The bunk bedroom is great for kids and teens, with an Xbox and games for all ages. The bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom.

As you explore the wraparound deck, you’ll appreciate the extended living space, nature sounds, and beautiful views of the lake surrounded by mountains. The deck features a gas fire table, gas grill, outdoor seating, and tables for outdoor dining. For your ease and comfort, the gas fire table, gas grill, and gas fireplace are all hard lined in.

The luxury hot tub and outdoor audio system create a perfect ambiance for unwinding after a fun day at the lake in the summer, a beautiful snow day in the winter, or a day out exploring the area year round.

Main Floor
• Primary king bedroom: The primary king bedroom on the main floor includes a flat-screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck, offering 180-degree views over Watauga Lake.
• The main floor also features a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer.

Upstairs
• 2nd king bedroom: A second king bedroom has a flat-screen TV, closet, and a private balcony overlooking the lake - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening beverage.
• Bunk bedroom: The bunk bedroom is also upstairs and has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a large flat-screen TV, and an Xbox 360 with games.
• The bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower, as well as a hair dryer.

• For your entertainment, there are 4 Smart TVs through the home with streaming services, such as Hulu TV, HBO Max, Disney+, and ESPN+, as well as the ability to access your own favorite apps.
• This home is also equipped with many modern conveniences to enhance your stay such as high speed internet, Bluetooth outdoor speakers, Echo Dots, USB ports, and phone charging stations located throughout the home.

• A laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen with a washer and dryer provided for guest use. Laundry detergent, an iron, and ironing board keep laundry simple and convenient!

💦 DOCK ACCESS, BOAT SLIP, & CANOE
Eagles Peak comes with a community dock and boat slip to enjoy direct access to the lake.
• Guests may access the community dock by deeded footpath access down a nearby driveway or by the Dock B stairs.
• A green canoe is provided on Dock B for your enjoyment on the lake, with oars and multiple life vests available inside the cabin for safety.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment for water activities and enjoy the convenience of dock access with an Eagles Peak boat slip.
•Sink Mountain Recreation Area and Boat Landing is approximately 8 miles away and it a beautiful spot to put your boat in Watauga Lake.

🚤 TRAILERS AND BOATS
• Trailers and boats should not be parked at the top of the driveway.
• All trailers and boats must be parked at the bottom of the driveway (detached from a vehicle) or alongside the road near Dock B.
•Sink Mountain Recreation Area and Boat Landing is approximately 8 miles away and it is a beautiful spot to put your boat in Watauga Lake.

🪵 EAGLES PEAK NATURE RETREAT
• This cabin comes with exclusive access to our nearby land, for Eagles Peak guests only, offering a secluded nature retreat including a covered picnic table, charcoal grill, fire pit, bench seating, and solar lighting.
• Located just .2 miles from the Eagles Peak cabin.
• AWD or 4WD is needed for guests to drive up the cleared natural driveway, to the retreat area.
• Guests may also park at the bottom of the hill, at the gate, and walk up.
• A motion sensor wildlife trail cam is located on a tree near the top of the natural driveway, pointed down the natural driveway, not toward the nature retreat area.
• A code is needed to access this nature retreat and will be provided after booking.

Eagles Peak is perfect for couples and families alike. Additional amenities families may enjoy are:
• Children’s step stools in each of the bathrooms

Eagles Peak is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with a reservation.
• The pet fee is $90, per dog, per stay
• No Pit Bulls allowed
• Dogs must be on leash when outside the home in the driveway, for bathroom breaks, and/or walks.
• Only dogs allowed. No other pets are permitted.

💡 WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR
For your comfort and peace of mind, Eagles Peak is equipped with a backup whole-house generator, ensuring electricity regardless of the weather.

🚘 PARKING
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Boat/trailer parking available at the bottom of the driveway and alongside the road near Dock B.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS
• Standard check-in time is 4PM.
• Standard checkout time is 10AM.
• Occasionally an early check-in of 1PM or a late checkout of 1PM is available.
• An early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed. This must be pre-approved by the host and will be confirmed by the host one day prior to arrival or departure.
• A fee of $65 applies. Payment will be coordinated with the host.

In the winter, we recommend being prepared for winter weather and plan accordingly.
• We cannot provide refunds or assistance for accessing the property.
