"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. "The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."
