We booked this property to celebrate my beautiful niece 20th birthday. A surprise/gift and looking forward to returning in the near future for longer stay being that a weekend getaway ended so fast.

We had an extra charge added before we even checked-in, and that should’ve been our first red flag. The listing said there would be silverware and toilet paper, but there certainly wasn’t enough for the number of people the house holds so make sure to bring your own or you’ll end up running out to buy some. Which is a bit of a drive! The hot tub wasn’t working, and the steam room is old and completely broken. We had to reach out to the owner a few times over a weekend stay just to get maintenance to come, and even then the steam room still wasn’t fixed.The owner offered a small refund for all of the issue and the fact one of the reasons we booked the property, the steam room wasn’t even working but that was never actually issued! And I confirmed that with VRBO themselves. Between the missing basics, broken amenities, and shady billing practices, this was a huge disappointment. Avoid this property and the Pocono 4 Rent group altogether!

Fabulous. As appears in listing photos. Lots of space. Nicely appointed but seemingly in destructible. Equipped as listed. Suggest you bring swim/ beach towels. Everything in good working order. Fabulous communication with host. Soothing stream. Nice facilities that you drive to. Gated community. Felt very safe. 15 minutes to grocery/CVS/dollar store, etc. easy access to various waterfalls. Highly recommend

Our family of 21, including 13 children under the age of 16 thoroughly enjoyed this house for a week‘s vacation. The creek at the back of this house was a big hit for young and old, the community pools were large and uncrowded, the house was spacious with six comfortable bedrooms. The children had plenty of room to play in the downstairs game room with large TV and on the partially covered deck the dining room was huge enough to seat all of us without people having to get up to let others move past. The host was responsive in addressing minor issues. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation in Bushkill, PA

Our family had a great time in Bushkill. The rental house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet and relaxing, especially listening to the stream all day! The kids had a blast spending time in the stream on several days. The house was also close to many hiking trails and waterfalls which is where our family spent lots of time. And since we were so close to New York, we drove to Liberty State Park in New Jersey and took the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty! The grandkids were all excited to see the New York City skyline as well as the Statue of Liberty! It was a good day trip. It’s always a great time for all the cousins to get together once a year! (One family came from Virginia and the other families came from Illinois)

Great place for famio

We stayed for a week with 10 people from babies to grandparents and it was great! Plenty of space for everyone, including another 10 that came to visit for a day. I highly recommend this property. The amenities in the development made to stay very easy and enjoyable.
