"There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt."

"We have stayed in other Hampton Inns during our -2 visits to Minneapolis. Hampton Eden Prairie had by far the most friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offered more variety. Liked the electric blinds, liked all the bars available in tub/shower. We are in late 70’s in mid-80’s. Many excellent restaurants to choose from. Both the Wildfire and American Bar and Grill were our favorites. Newer Precore equipment in Gym. We will definitely stay their again."
