"What a lovely guesthouse. Our host and team were brilliant. The room and views from the premises the beautiful. We had the all the amenities we could have needed. Our room and the premises were both very clean.
Breakfast was delicious, and the bar well stocked with lots of options.
The pool is also a great size with lovely views and kept well maintained.
The team also decorated it prettily for Valentines, with lots of lovely touches like balloons, chocolates and roses - what a lovely treat!...

"Had the most amazing service from Tumi and the team. From arranging a late check in and leaving our key with the friendly security Hendrik, to getting breakfast in the room delivered by Rhoda and Ayesha, the service was simply extraordinary. Would also like to acknowledge Amina who was to clean our room after our departure.

"Everything was just perfect! First we've been welcomed by Lincoln and he was so nice, gentle and polite. He made we feel like we were home. Special thanks to him. The room was super clean and comfy, the bed and pillows so comfortable and the shower is really good. Our room had a great view to the mountains and lake. The breakfast was also really good and worthy for the price. We really enjoyed staying at Kassaboera and we hope to come back when returning to the region. Cheers from Brazil."

We were not impressed with how we were greeted, the coffee in the room was not replaced on a regular basis which means you had to ask for replacements, the towels that were removed were not replaced.
