"The staff were kind and friendly! The valet was fast even though the parking garage was 2 blocks away. My boyfriend had to be a plumber and fix the toilet since it kept running non stop. He also turned into a HVAC worker because the grate to the air unit was loose and was making a jack hammer noise. Other than that it was a very pretty and beautiful hotel!"

"Everything about the hotel was great, except there was loose dirt on the bottom of my bathtub when I checked in. It looked like someone had washed shoes in the tub and it wasn't cleaned. The rest of the bathroom was very clean, however. The room was clean too. The TV remote seemed to need new batteries - you had to hold it close to the screen to get it to work, But overall very good experience."

"There was a big (looked like a water bug) bug that was fairly well sized. I saw it my last morning there when I turned on the light that morning in my room. It scurried across the floor. Also, they ran out of bowls at breakfast as well as some of the juices. The eggs did not taste much of anything. The hotel was right at the intersection of where the city seemed safe and where it did not. I did, however, feel comforted by the security guard in the lobby. I would not stay there again."
