Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Unfortunately I can't rate my stay here well, to start , the one positive is that Busan station is 2 minutes walk away.
However our drama began on arrival as check in is at 4pm with us arriving to the property at 7:30pm due to arriving to Busan by ferry, only to be told our room was ready. We then had to wait a full hour (8:30pm) for this to then be ready which isn't ideal after a long day of travel.
Upon entry the room stank strongly of cleaning product and we couldn't keep the window open to vent this smell due to bugs entering the room due to the late hour.
Upon investigation we then found several dirty marks on both the sheet and duvet, both of which appeared to be urine (we spoke with another guest also having issues as they had found blood on their sheets). Most walls and ceilings also covered in marks and in some areas dirt as well, leading to the overall place feeling run down.
The drama then continued when we awoke in the morning to find half the floor and windowsill area covered in water as with it raining, all the water was leaking through the window and into the room creating a large puddle, by chnace our stuff had been put on the other side of the room, otherwise all would have been drenched! To the receptionists credit he did provide towels for us to put around the window area to soak up this water.
However with all this considered I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay and have a relaxing or stress free time!
