"Hotel Rivijera has a great location, close to the sea, the beaches and walking paths. It is about 1 hour from the airport but Petrovac is lovely place to stay. Very good food and kind service. you can also enjoy some boat trips to Budva and other places. But the best was a live music every evening. "Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
