- This multi-level cottage and bedroom 4 in the garage studio both require 2 steps to enter. Additional interior stairs are required to access the washer and dryer on the lower level of the main cottage and the studio above the garage
- The main house does not offer central air conditioning, however, A/C is available in the loft area
- Your safety matters. The property features an exterior security camera located on the side of the front door facing the front entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected
