"Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward.
Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully.
The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees."

"Great location, comfortable rooms, very friendly and responsive staff, super easy check in. Would definitely stay again.
Note- there isn’t an elevator/lift, if that is important for you.
There was also an odor from the bathroom from time to time, we think it came from the plumbin/pipes.
Overall, a great choice in Preston."

"Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed."

"City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff.
The check in is different to what I was told. They do not use the app anymore, just head into reception. My door to the room was a challenge - it didn’t close easily. Maybe something to look at.
I didn’t like that I couldn’t watch normal live TV, but I enjoyed the Christmas movie channel. 😂
