The third bedroom offers two single beds and ample wardrobe space, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

You will find yourself captivated by the serene surroundings, whether you are relaxing inside the homestead of this newly constructed mansion, which boasts all the creature comforts of home, or outside on the large back patio deck, taking in the fresh air, enjoying the tranquillity, and listening to nature.

From the patio, stroll out through the back gate and take advantage of direct access to white sandy beaches, perfect for children to play, leisurely strolls, or soaking up the sun, creating those special memorable moments.

Secure your car/boat in the large double lock-up garage, complete with an additional fridge-freezer for added convenience.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll to the local shopping delights Burrum Heads has to offer (approximately 950 metres), a short drive to the local bowls club or Burrum Tavern which offers a free bus service if you decide to have a couple of those quiet sherberts (approximately 1.7 Km).

Bringing the boat or Jet Skis, no worries, the garage is big enough for a small boat or those sea cycles. Just a short drive to the boat ramp (approximately 1 km and feel free to drop in any unwanted catch of the day or just to say hello to our amazing team).
