"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. "A great option for a trip to Belfast. The apartment had views overlooking the river and was within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. The Titanic museum was also within walking distance. The underground parking was great as we had hired a car. "

"Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and...

"Wow, we have stayed in places where there a few goodies like coffee, tea, sugar:however, Kim went over the top with supplies such as juice, eggs, cereal. The place is cute, clean, and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes."
