"Great stay we booked 2 apartments and it was perfect. Comms was great and we forgot some items which they kindly put in the post back to us. Thanks!! "

"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok."

"Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey. "This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and made me feel even more welcome. "We had a lovely time relaxing in this beautiful part of Somerset, we went out on a couple of day trips but our main objective was to get away and relax from a stressful job and life which this holiday done for us. Great place for peace and quiet and my wife enjoyed having the hot tub and swimming pool so near to hand."

"We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help."

"It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean."

"Unique property, historic and interesting. Well placed for access to Bristol. Friendly helpful host. Some sofa cushions and a foot stool would make the lounge area more cosy and a small lamp. But small touches. Would use again. "
