"Had a wonderful stay at The Dabbling Duck. Our room was lovely and clean with a great view of the Village Green. The staff, who were extremely busy serving Sunday lunch were very polite and helpful. We had a booking in the restaurant, where the food was amazing, as was the breakfast. Over all, this is a stunning place to stay and chill, absolutely loved it, 10/10."

"So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again"

"Amazing stay! From the gentleman at check in, to the room to staff at breakfast, everything was superb. Hotel is really really lovely, our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing - all complimentary, food was of a very high standard and staff couldn't do enough for you. Even on check out, the gentleman remembered why we were there...

"What a wonderful B&B to stay at, so close to Thursford Christmas Spectacular show, literally a 5 minute walk away. The staff ( who are employed by Thursford) are so charming and very accommodating with every wish and desire. Everything was spotless and every amenity you could ask for in the room (Ivy). The choice of breakfast ( of which there is plenty) is excellent and cooked fresh to order. Would we stay there again? A resounding Yes and thankyou again to all the Staff who made the one night...

"Lovely welcome from Keith on arrival, who looked after us in a very kind efficient way. Great dog friendly hotel near fab walks, pubs etc Only downside was our room was very warm even with both windows open."
