Personally had a bad experience with the other guests staying, they took 1-3 hours showering in the washroom, leaving a horrible mess. Did not respect the quiet hours, the walls are very thin. If you are looking to stay here, be mindful that there is only 1 washroom shared with 2 other guest rooms."

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Free parking was a great bonus and made everything more convenient. Overall, everything was excellent.feel like a home. "The first night we got there we went to the hot tub and we kept seeing either a really big mouse or a rat running across the pool area and along the eating area where the restaurant was. It freaked my girlfriend out that we only used the pool and hot tub twice while we were there because she was too scared to go into it. We have left the hotel messages to call us regarding it and then they have not done anything. We had to pay like $1500 for two nights so we are very disappointed."

"Our experienced with Holiday Inn Express Metrotown is very pleased and relaxed. The room is clean and spacious for 4 people with 2 double beds that is comfortable. The toilet is clean and the toiletries is readily available upon arrival, towels are enough for 4 persons. Shower and bath tub is clean and water temperature is good. Breakfast is very good and staff breakfast is helpful. My son is very pleased and glad to have him used the gym facility and the indoor pool. Overall I recommend that...
