"We take an annual trip to the Penobscot to fish. This cabin looked perfect with access from a small stream. It’s kind of small, three people means somebody is on the couch or in a tent. Beautiful post and beam and the property is very well cared for.We only had two problems.First, you can’t tell from the description, but the stream is 75’ down a steep little path. "We had a lovely stay in Great Pond! Sun room is gorgeous and there are plenty of places to enjoy the lake. As a backyard birder I especially enjoyed the Loons, Owls, Chickadees and so much more in the surrounding trees. The only thing that was unfortunate was the dock wasn’t yet set up, and that was a major reason we were looking forward to our stay. There weren’t many safe areas without the dock to load in and out especially with a dog. Still, looking forward to future visits to the area!"

"Power went out on Thursday night without any other heat source. We vacated because of this which ended our stay a day short. Owners didn’t seem very concerned about this issue."

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The homes open concept with cathedral ceilings are gorgeous. The lake view from the bedroom upstairs is so relaxing. More than i imagined. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property and all the lake has to offer. The hosts are amazing as well."

"6 ladies, sewing machines and lots of food...what more could we want? Absolutely nothing! Ample room for all of our activities and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans,and utensils for making meals. We hope to return again!"

"The cabin is beautiful. Very comfortable and relaxing. Very pretty property on the lake. It was a perfect place to stay and relax. I look forward to staying there again!"

"The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was very well stocked. The lake and dock had nice easy access with sandy beach. The view was incredible and the Loons and we even had a Bald Eagle fly over. Great memories made with our Daughters and grandkids"

"We loved the location of this property. We have our own kayaks and we loved how easy it was to get them in and out of the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch where there is a nice breeze coming off of the other lake across the street. The kitchen is recently renovated and the bedrooms are nice and cozy. I have also never seen a place so well stocked with firewood. Property managers are ver friendly and helpful. 10/10."

"Wonderful property, beautiful lake, nice house but it needs some improvements. It need to be cleaner. I know it is a wilderness camp but it needs a through cleaning. All food items should be removed after each guest departs. Food items attract mice and the house is infested with mice. We caught over a dozen while we were there. No one has cleaned behind the washer dryer in the last year. The throw on the couch was filthy. It needs a thorough cleaning. The stairs to the 2nd floor need to be...

"Another awesome company retreat in the mountains of Maine. As always, the house was absolutely fantastic. Everything was clean and in working order. Communication with host was quick and efficient.
