  • ¡Bienvenido! Una ubicación Premier en el centro de Burlington cerca de UVM y el hospital, a pie del centro de Burlington, el paseo marítimo y también el centro de Winooski. Nuevo en el mercado con actualizaciones y remodelaciones recién terminadas.

    La suite principal tiene su propia sala de estar y baño privados, mini refrigerador con agua embotellada, microondas y cafetera Keurig con varias opciones de café y té K-cup.

    En el segundo piso, las 4 camas son muy cómodas y cuentan con nuevos colchones, sábanas, mantas y edredones estilo hotel. Las 4 habitaciones tienen nuevos televisores 4K y nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado con controles remotos configurados a medida para la temperatura de cada habitación. La sala y el comedor tienen nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado para enfriar el primer piso.

    Una bonificación especial: la sala de estar ofrece un sistema de sonido envolvente Bose personalizado con 30 altavoces Bose estratégicamente instalados alrededor del techo para usar con el televisor de plasma de 65 "y para la pantalla de proyección de 90". Este sistema es ideal para una película, música en vivo o un evento deportivo y da la sensación de que estás en el evento que estás viendo.

    La terraza acristalada tiene una cama queen-hide-a-bed prefabricada para un uso fácil, todo lo que necesita hacer es abrirla y está lista para usar con sábanas, mantas y edredones; Las almohadas están debajo de las mesas laterales para facilitar el acceso. La terraza acristalada también ofrece un televisor, instrumentos musicales que incluyen guitarras, teclados y una caja de ritmos. El comedor ofrece un piano para celebraciones con su familia y amigos.

El sótano terminado ofrece una sala familiar con un segundo sistema de sonido envolvente Bose, TV, tocadiscos, discos de vinilo, juegos de mesa, rompecabezas y una sala de ejercicios con TV.

    Kampus Kitchen: la tienda local está al otro lado de la calle con algunos de los mejores sándwiches hechos a medida en el área durante todo el día, una gran selección de café temprano en la mañana y sándwiches hechos a medida para el desayuno.

This was terrific for a family of seven! Lots of beds, well supplied kitchen, plenty of towels, ample seating at the dining table, on the patio, and enough armchairs for movie night! Lots of games and musical instruments provided fun too. The various A/C units and fans worked mightily during the heat wave during our stay.

Great Stay

Great stay at a great property. Location is perfect to both Burlington and Winooski downtowns. Beds are very comfortable.

Excellent location to hiking, biking , sailing & exploring. Most part wheelchair accessible. Host provided many items to make our stay comfortable: alot of coffee, toiletries, bottle water, snacks. Beds comfortable & clean.Many towels. Many games & .music instruments. Many bikes & helmets in good condition. Cleaning supplies for clothes & dish washer. Close to airport & grocery store. Host responds promptly.

House stocked with everything one could need and more. Tons of clean towels, comfy chairs for all, very nice dining room that seated 10 plus, in addition to outdoor seating areas and more. Served our extended family well for graduation weekend and family/friends for a very enjoyable afternoon party. Additionally, probably a dozen really nice quality bikes, sizes for all ages and heights (plus helmets), perfect for a ride to the Causeway or other adventures. Thanks Paul!

Family home in the center of Burlington!

Nine family members from across the US gathered with Burlington family! This was our second stay at the LeClair House! We love the location, the house is great for family gatherings and the host, Paul, makes everything easy!

Paul was quick to respond to questions I had prior and during our stay. He has rules and expectations clearly outlined. The house has pretty much anything you would need to have an enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House

This was our group’s third time staying at the Leclair House and it was an amazing experience once again! The location of the house is ideal as well as the amenities that come with it. Paul is an incredible, generous host who knows what he is doing.

Great House in Burlington!

We had a great time at the Leclair house. Not only was the location perfect for walking to downtown Burlington, but the house was clean and the decorations were fantastic. Paul was such an accommodating and helpful host. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Burlington and would recommend it for any large groups going to the area.

Very cozy house

Had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than we expected and filled with tons of things, like an I-spy book :) Just a quick drive to downtown Burlington (Ubers were under $10) Paul was extremely communicative and a great host! Loved the amenities and snacks the house came with. Would absolutely come back and recommend this house to others!

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful place for a family reunion. I have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. The bottle of wine was very much appreciated. The grandchildren loved the candy! Thank you Paul for being such a wonderful host!

We have relatives from Florida, Colorado, Washington, North Carolina, and Minnesota for a family reunion. The house enabled us to entertain 17 people for this reunion.

Excellent rental in Burlington

Great home base for a graduation weekend. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The house is filled with games, laz-y boys, guitars and TV’s, so no shortage of entertainment for all of the kids.

Family gathering ages 20-80

Very well-equipped accessible house in location perfect for all kinds of activities. We had a great time visiting and enjoying all the area and home had to offer. We chose it for the accessibility features and were not disappointed. My mother used the stair climbing lift easily and the accessible bathroom on the first floor was great. Will definitely look to rent again when staying in Burlington with a group like this!

Awesome house!

Paul was awesome and super communicative. He also left literally everything we could’ve possibly needed for our weekend - tons of towels, coffee, water, so many snacks. The house is also incredibly clean and comfortable and well maintained.

A UVM alums perfect stay

Have never had a better experience renting a home. This place is the definition of Vermont - Hospitality at its best. Beautiful home and a first class host. Minutes from downtown, UVM, and Winooski, you could not find a better location in Burlington for your stay. Won’t stay anywhere else going forward when we visit. Thanks Paul!!

Everything you can possibly need

If you're tired of rentals that don't even provide the most basic necessities, this is the place for you. They provide the basics and loads of extras touches. The location is great, close to downtown and UVM but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out, even with a big group.

Great quiet location with plenty of parking and outside entertaining space at the top of the hill near campus. It is a decent, but doable, walk to downtown (also right on the bus line if you want to ride). Close to restaurants and waterfront. The available bikes in the garage allowed for easy touring of the local area. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. The house was stocked with all of the essentials and lots of snacks. Lots of fun looking all of the interior art and decor in the different rooms. I definitely recommend and would stay here again if I was in the area.

Awesome place

We stayed as a part of our 2025 summer family vacation. Burlington was awesome. Paul, the host is fabulous! If there was something you needed or forgot, Paul had it there for you. He had snacks and candy out, OMG that was awesome. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do while we were there. I would definitely recommend Paul’s house. It was 10 out of 10!!!! Thank you Paul.

Resort Style Haven in the city!

This is the best home we have ever rented for a family gathering!! There are plenty of comfortable beds as well as clean, well-appointed baths. All the extras, like sports equipment, TV’s, board games were on hand as well. We have musicians in the family who loved the electric keyboard and digital drum set. There was plenty of space for extended family to gather in the yard for picnics and barbecues. Amazing!! We all loved it!!

Memorial Day/Marathon Weekend 2023

The home is very fully furnished and the care taken to fulfill your every need is astounding. The beds and bedding are exquisite. Toiletries and towels are beyond abundant. It’s location is on a quiet street just off Colchester Ave near the hospital. The outdoor area has fun seating for many. There are games, movies and amusements galore. My only suggestion is that this might not be the place for someone with mobility issues as the rooms are full of seating and entertainment opportunities.

Making memories

The property has everything and more that one could need. Many bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice sheets, plenty of towels, and lots of washers and dryers to help make a week with a family of 6 comfortable. And air conditioning on those warmer days in the summer. We were greeted with many snacks water and wine. The location was very close to UVM. We even were able to use the bicycles one day. The host is very responsive to all needs before we arrived and after. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Lots of space near UVM

Paul did a nice job of providing lots of supplies, including bottled water, snacks, and toiletries--and even a bottle of wine. The house is conveniently located, but it does face a busy street with lots of commercial vehicles. So be aware if you're sensitive to that kind of noise. The house has a lot of space, but it is stuffed full of just about everything, including a putting green that fills the hallway. It does have a lot of charm, and we enjoyed our brief stay.
