This home is great for anyone who wants easy access to the UVM campus and surrounding neighborhoods. The home had ample space and is a 20 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in Burlington The only suggestion to improve would be to add a washer dryer on site,We would not hesitate to stay again

This was a well located house, close to downtown Burlington. House was basic, but clean, well appointed, and comfortable. You need patience when backing out of the driveway onto a busy street, but it's doable. Despite past reviews that were critical of the state of the yard, we found the property to be well cared for. Would recommend this house for its proximity to town and overall comfort.

We enjoyed our short stay as the window unit ACs in the bedrooms and fans in the living room kept us comfortable notwithstanding the heat wave that coincided with our visit. We liked the location just steps from the university and within easy (driving) acceso to the touristy things (lakefront, Ben and Jerry’s factory tour). The interior was comfy and charming in a Target/Wayfair kind of way (meaning not luxury, but nice shabby chic/rustic?).

Perfect location and lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home. Excellent location, comfortable beds and really nice host that was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Listed TV w/cable. No cable. No antennae. All mattresses were very soft, 1 with large urine stain. Strong musty smell. Black mold in sun room. Windows and sills have not been washed in forever. Pans very dented and hard to use. "gym" consisted of 1 stair stepper. Couches were dirty and stained. Big knives were all dull.

Exactly what we wanted

Place was clean and comfortable, despite the listing saying no ACs there were ACs in each bedroom that were already on when we arrived making it wonderfully cool inside despite it being a sweltering day. We hope to rent the same place for a week in 2025.

Convenient, cost-effective, spacious

This was just right for a group of friends who needed a convenient, comfy landing spot in Burlington. Walkable to anywhere. Lots of bedrooms, great kitchen amenities, and nice views out the backyard. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect fit for us

The location was a good spot between some local hot spots. The house has everything you need including around the kitchen. The rooms had AC units in the windows and kept us cool at night during the hot and humid days we stayed in July. I would stay there again for sure!

Great place to stay!

This house is very centrally located. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bedrooms had window a/c units, as we didn't think there was any a/c in the house, based on other reviews and the description of the property listed. There are lots of fans, also, that we used in the downstairs of the house. From other reivews I had read that said the driveway could be difficult to get out of we were leary of that but we didn't have any issues at all. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed, as we did eat several meals at the house. We used my Netflix and Prime Video accounts to watch some movies. We did use the elliptical machine several times so it was nice to have that there. Andrea was very responsive to a couple of questions we had before and during our stay.

Great location to explore the area

Everything you need is provided and it’s centrally located. Close enough to walk to Church Street and short driving distance to so many surrounding areas worth exploring. Owner was very responsive when we reached out during our stay.

Great getaway

Came for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot. When the host mentioned a full kitchen, that was no joke, everything we could possibly need was there. The yard is gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. The host was communicative as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Burlington location

Andrea was great to work with and responsive to any questions and concerns. We were in Burlington for our daughter’s wedding, so we had friends and family gathering at many points during the weekend, and it was a perfect place for it. The kitchen was well stocked for the type of gatherings we had, and the living room was spacious yet cozy for the bridal party activities on the wedding day. The house was just 7 minutes to most of the places we went to—groceries, department stores, lake front, and the wedding venue. It is located very near a busy intersection, so easy to miss when driving, and it was sometimes challenging to exit the driveway. We were a bit disappointed that the yard was a bit neglected, as it would have been nice to have some outdoor photos with the bridal party. The house is not air conditioned, so we were glad to have fans in all of the bedrooms. All in all, we had a great experience with this rental.

Great long weekend accomodations

My husband and I stayed here, along with our adult daughters and niece's family for my son's wedding. It was the perfect layout for the eight of us. The interior of the house was well kept, but the lawn/landscaping could use some TLC. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay in this house.

We were in Burlington for our son and daughter's wedding. We were the parents of the groom and the bride. Our newly formed family found your house very comfortable. There were public and private areas and a lovely backyard with a resident bunny. We all agreed that getting in and out of the driveway is a challenge but we managed. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. We would love to come back.

Nice house, great location

Worked well for our family! Spent Christmas here and home had what we needed to make a nice dinner. House was in a great location-close to airport, close to downtown. Would stay here again.
