"First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...

"This place is really well equipped and clean, it has everything you need and more. Claire was very kind and welcoming. We loved how it’s dog friendly, you can use their beautiful garden to relax and let out your dog. It’s also very close to a nature reserve with a lake and a pretty walk through woods and meadows. Only a 10 minute walk to the local co-op and 15/20 mins walk to the beach. They also have parking for 2 cars if needed. Would happily stay again. Thank you Claire "

"Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. "Really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Lights. Amazing location overlooking the beach and harbour. Our favourite thing was to take the short walk down to the beach, swim in the sea and then back to the hot tub... magical! Also enjoyed the short stroll into Charlestown to the Pier House and many restaurants around the harbour (Charlestown Fish, Dough Buoys, HBQ are all good). Then there is the Coastal Path which goes from outside the property. Going east up the hill is a great walk, but going west...

"Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."
