"This home was off the beaten path in wonderful setting over looking the valley with views of dale hollow lake and forest! Very peaceful and quiet with the amenities of a large home with plenty of room to have your on space if you wish or gather and enjoy your company! The full deck was very enjoyable to sit and enjoy the view! If you wish to cook or eat away there are 2-3 restaurants within 20 minutes to enjoy! "Before arriving I emailed the owner and asked if there were any other instructions or info I needed to check in? He replied no, have a great weekend. So upon arrival we encounter a key lock, which we had anticipated but saw there was no code included in any of our correspondence? So here we are, at our destination, after 5 hours of driving and we’re stuck on the porch! I messaged the host, and while waiting on a response we unloaded our luggage and supplies, and sat on the porch. I’m sure it was...

"This was a very quiet relaxing spot. The view from the hotel room is gorgeous. The patio overlooking Lake Cumberland was so relaxing. Rent a boat or bring one it is a boaters dream come true. The office staff was great very friendly. House keeping was great. I would highly recommend this location. The areas around was great. All the parks and nature areas. The views are breath taking. We were only three hours away from home. A vacation we truly needed . "

"We wanted a place to relax at the end of our holiday and this place was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony was superb and it was very special to see the big birds soaring over the lake and trees. In the evening we enjoyed the bbq and watching fireflies whilst sat around the fire pit. The house was extremely comfortable and all communication with Suzanne was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return one day. "

"Husband and I were looking to get away for a weekend to disconnect and this place was perfect for us and and our doggo! The one fault I would say is there wasn’t a really grassy spot outside for a potty break for the dog but once he was used to it, he was fine! The place was clean, quiet, and everything was wonderful! Thank you! "

"We could really tell the Talley's care about providing guests with a great experience. The hot tub was clean and hot, firewood was stacked and ready, and there were even farm fresh eggs in the fridge! We had an excellent stay and loved getting away from the busyness of life!"

"The house was perfect with all the extra little touches that made it extra special. Our kids loved the upstairs area and the fire pit area. The driveway was perfect for pulling our boat in and out of with no issues. Close to everything but also still private. Great weekend. "

"We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. The host was great at communication and went above and beyond. Truly a little slice of heaven. If bass master comes back to Dale hallow next year. We will be back! Thank you for having us!"

"Beautiful and peaceful. Rhonda and Papa had the best hospitality. The cabin was cute and cozy. Very relaxing and the property is very beautiful. We enjoyed the view and the beautiful sunrise. Will definitely stay again!!"
