"From reservation to checkout everything was easy and convenient. Communications with the host were easy, timely and always responsive. The neighborhood and surroundings are beautiful. We appreciated the awesome view in the back, the deck, fire pit, hot tub and the unexpected fully equipped putting green! We didn’t golf, but it’s in walking distance of the course and within minutes of good dinner and breakfast restaurants. Also close to other historical attractions in and around Harrodsburg....

"I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality!"

"My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!"

Decorated for Christmas which we very much appreciated as our visit was early December. Also, Dawn is the perfect host. Very responsive to our questions. Some things that could be improved upon…no coffee cups that we found and some larger blankets for the beds. Also had to reach out when we landed at the airport as no check-in had been provided so that was a little nerve racking at first. Understand they were scrambling due to a storm so not a big deal.
