"The property has plenty of room to accommodate a large number of guests. However, we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the level of things that needed to be fixed/repaired. The floors were filthy and stale water was left in the coffee maker. Also, the house had a strong musty odor, and the water had a heavy smell and taste of iron. "Good location. Very clean. But the lighting could be a lot better inside and outside. Add a desk lamp and some exterior lights for safety. Otherwise nice place to stay for a family event. Desk lady was nice at check in."

"Excellent accommodations! This unit was perfect for my needs, and the host provided great communication and everything that I needed for my 2 night stay. Room was clean, private, and secure. The AC provided a very cool and comfortable environment during some hot days outside. Parking was right next to the unit (on grass, but a firm surface). "I stayed here while I was moving out of my house, but this would be the perfect little getaway for any family! Clean, easy parking, and comfortable. I especially liked the back patio and yard for the dogs. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Hampstead or Wilmington area!"
