Recently renovated end-unit apartment in the heart of the Finger Lakes

This roomy 2 bedroom apartment has been fully updated into a clean and pleasant space. It has one king bedroom and one Queen bedroom, each containing their own smart TV, closets, dressers and USB-compatible bedside lambs for all your devices. All the kitchen appliances are new stainless steel and there is a new washer and dryer in the designated laundry closet. The kitchen steps out onto a stamped concrete patio and a large terraced back lawn with your own firepit to take in the starry nights. The living room is large enough for your entire party and includes a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The newly updated bathroom is centrally located within the unit and has a custom-tiled shower. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the building, just several feet from state route 414 known as the Seneca Lake wine trail. Being on the wine trail affords you easy access to all the local wineries, breweries and restaurants in addition to easy commutes to Watkins Glen, Ithaca, the Finger Lakes National forest and Seneca Lake. This unit is the furthest unit to the north and is contained in the same building as the following vrbo property IDs: #3356010 (unit 2), #2926204 (unit 3) and #3363940 (unit 4).

This was our second time staying at this property for a couples getaway in December, and it’s an absolutely perfect location for a weekend of wine tastings on Seneca Lane and visiting downtown Watkins Glen. It’s very modern and spacious with comfortable beds. We’d love to stay here in the spring and summer as well as the back looks ideal for grilling and playing games outside. Thanks again to Drew for a great stay!
