Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). "Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

"This is our second or third stay at Sandy Cottage and doubtless there will be more. Very comfortable and well equipped, owners very patient and helpful for people like me who find the vrbo app very complicated, fish and chip shop around the corner at other end of street, front garden parking so nice snd close to front door, short walk to beach - what’s not to like? don’t be scared of the steep stairs just use both hands to come down and one firm hand to ascend! "
