We paid extra for a "premium ensuite room" but were very disappointed with what we got. The room was tiny and didnt even have a chair or television. We didnt even stay the night and checked out not long after checking in.

Osborn House
Great pool. Beautiful decor but our room had a smoky smell over the two nights we stayed. The lights were not operating properly. À la carte breakfast not very good although they catered for my gf request. Buffet would have been better. Gorgeous grounds and garden surrounds. Helpful staff and Bundanoon ...

Guesthouse southern highlands sleeps 40 with functions up to 60 in large grounds
Our stay at Highball house was fantastic, and the spacious and comfortable accommodations suited our entire group perfectly. We highly recommend this property to others, and Brent's prompt and accurate communication made the whole experience seamless.

The property is well designed for large families, or multiple families to share. We had an issue with the oven, which the host was quick to assist with.
