"Our triathlon club stayed at the property for the weekend to race in the “Rumpass in Bumpass” triathlon by kinetic Multisports. The home is amazing, it’s a perfect location and close proximity to event, and it easily accommodated the 10 of us with beds to spare! The owner was responsive via text message and very helpful when we had questions. "

"We rented the house for our daughters graduation from UVA. The house was wonderful. Very clean!!!! The set up of the house was great for a large gathering. The kayaks were used a lot. The water was a great temperature and very enjoyable even in mid May. Game room was a plus. Would recommend 100%!!!!!"

"I was a nice house but needed some TLC. We had to repair 2 bedroom doorknobs that came off when trying to open the doors. We also had to replace the bathtub stoppers that had been removed. There was only 4 forks so some of us had to eat with spoons. The walls also need to have the paint touched up. Some mini blinds were broken.I sent pictures of the things needing repair when we checked in. Like I said it is a nice house but needs some TLC"

"My family and I were very impressed when we arrived at the house. This house is absolutely stunning. Very clean and decorated so beautifully. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed all the water toys available. The fire fit was very nice when the chillier evenings approached. My favorite however was the sunroom and the cozy fireplace in it. It was a very relaxing stay and would love to return again soon. "

"The house was very clean. Our teenage son and his friends really enjoyed the basement area. Only complaint is there’s no bathroom in the basement. But the house was great. Not much water view from the house due to trees. But if you walk down to dock area it’s a really pretty view up the lake. The fire pit was also very nice. "

"We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. All the upstairs bedrooms had private bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed spending time on the pleasant patio with the outdoor table. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the location was great—very close to the lake. The golf cart was a fun bonus and made it easy to get around. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The home is older, but well kept. It was pretty clean with the exception of some dead bugs in the laundry area room and some corners, and a few cob webs, but it is a lake house, so both of these things are kind of expected. Grass was a little overgrown to walk through, but the views made up for that too. House was very well equiped with games, Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for meal prep, pretty much all standard items needed for a stay were provided. My really only complaint was...
