8,8/10 Excel·lent! (189 opinions)
We were not given the right type of room. Different from search to reservation to actual room. Promotes fireplaces in the photos, but not in all rooms. The room looked clean, but it did not look well maintained. Certainly not “romantic” as the room name or photos promoted. The photos in Expedia were MUCH nicer than the real room. They were not helpful to get a refund. Very poor service. Not thrilled with Expedia in using our cancelation insurance either. Up to use to fight with the insurance company. Definitely won’t recommend Emrose Luxury Cabins.
