THE HOME:
Beautiful 4 bedroom oasis pool home just 5 minutes from Lake Mohave! 7 minutes to Laughlin casinos and Colorado River. Perfect location!!! This 4 bedroom home has been upgraded throughout, providing the luxury you and your guests deserve. The backyard is like a RESORT with a huge saltwater pool and built in BBQ island with mini fridge. The pool offers a baja shelf and raised table with seating and an umbrella, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your cocktails in the pool. The backyard also offers a HUGE shaded fenced in patio, ideal for child safety. It is truly a resort style pool/yard! This single story home features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. The master bedroom features a California King bed, dual vanity sink bathroom with soaking tub, and a huge walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms offer queen size beds. The 4th bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen bottom and twin on top. Plenty of floor space in this large bedroom for an extra air mattress. This home has been highly upgraded with fresh paint, new tile and carpet, granite counter tops, brand new furniture, and more. The quality and luxury of this home and backyard cannot be overstated! Best vacation spot ever with an oasis in your back yard, and minutes away from the lake, river, and casinos. Perfect location!

LOCATION:
This home is located 2 miles from Lake Mohave, 3 miles from the famous Laughlin Casinos, 3 miles from the Colorado River, 60 miles to Lake Havasu, 90 miles to Las Vegas. 200 miles from Grand Canyon, 200 miles to Sedona, 35 miles to Oatman.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire private home, including washer/dryer, backyard, BBQ and pool. Guests will not have access to the garage. The driveway is extra long for 6 vehicle parking and there is plenty of street parking as well.

PETS:
No pets allowed. You will be charged a non refundable $250 fee for bringing a pet and not allowed back as a guest of this property.

RULES:
No unattended children in backyard. Patio gate does not self latch. Please watch children closely when gate is open.
No loud parties.
No glass near pool
Do not touch pool equipment. The heater is activated remotely.
Turn off all outdoor and indoor lights when not needed
No smoking indoors
Top bunk in 4th bedroom weight limit is 180 pounds

Great house!

We had a great time!! A group of us friends can came for the bike run. The house was clean and perfect for all of us. Kyle was very communicative annd helpful throughout our stay. This house added to an incredible trip all around!!

65 Days was Sensational 😊

There were 2 couples/snowbirds who stayed at Sunridge Estates for 65 days from end of December to 1st week in March. The house had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The house was clean and comfortable 👌 There were a few items that came up, i.e. TV and WiFi went out, although, Kyle was on it immediately and had it working immediately. Our only suggestion for Kyle was to add some dressers to the bedrooms to put your clothes in, which would enhance longer stays ☺️ Kyle is truly a super host and we hope to return for another stay. Thank You Kyle, you are simply the best.

Great home for a HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!

Our family and friends definitely enjoyed this property! We were able to enjoy cooking and eating with the open concept and space. My kids loved it, especially the pool! The owner Kyle was awesome! Made our stay so easy and comfortable! Can’t wait to book again for our next trip.

Our Stay

When first arriving at the property some trash cans were tipped over and trash was strung out along the front yard. I contacted the Owner and he responded immediately and had a family member come and clean up the mess. Once we entered the house it was very nice and roomy. As we did a walk through we noticed someone’s shoes by the back door and then upon closer inspection there were crumbs on the counter top and when I pulled back the sheets I noticed there were strands of hair and there were some Capri Sun straw wrappers on the outside table. It just made me wonder if the house was throughly cleaned like it should have been. The owner was wonderful and responsive. My only suggestion would be for the owner to speak to whoever is supposed to be cleaning and make sure they are doing what there supposed to. Other than that the place was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay! My friends and family had a wonderful time and the pool was amazing!!!! There was plenty of space in the house for everyone and the beds were extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

It is a beautiful house with a lot of space for family. We had a great time in house and down at the river. The owners are very tentative and answer questions ASAP. The only thing are the charges for the heater to the pool and spa were a bit high but overall a great time.
