Relax with the whole family and enjoy the comfort of this home located in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood just a couple of minutes from the beautiful Colorado River and Katherine Landing at Lake Mojave where you can find boat and personal watercraft rentals. Go across the river to the casinos in Laughlin, NV where you can enjoy the gambling scene, dining and nightlife. You'll find plenty of trails to explore in the area with lots of off-road vehicle rentals nearby.

This 2000+ sq ft home boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 baths (full size master bath with tub, shower, and walk in closet, two 3/4 baths, and 1/4 bath in the garage) a kitchen with all the standard amenities, dining seating for 12, a 55" smart TV in the living room as well as smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms. Enjoy the oversized patio with jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor shower, firepit seating, ceiling fans, mounted smart TV, and gorgeous views. For your convenience, also includes laundry room with new washer and dryer. There is plenty of garage space for your cars and toys.

We recently stayed at this house with our family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt perfect, and our only regret was that we could stay for just two nights.The house was equipped with all the necessary kitchen amenities, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, providing relaxation after a day of activities. What really stood out was the outdoor fireplace, which created a unique and cozy atmosphere for evenings together.If I could offer one kind suggestion to make this amazing place even better, it would be to ensure that bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Having these essentials would elevate the experience even further.Overall, we loved every moment and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The host was easy to reach through the VRBO app, and was very accommodating. The house has an amazing layout and is more spacious than the photos show. The kitchen has everything you need. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great location, lots of space but not enough towels for number of guests for a week and some upgrades needed such as dishwasher and curtains in the living room. Overall a nice house.

Very nice property for golf trip

My son and I stayed at this property while on a golf trip to the area (we played Mohave, Laughlin Ranch, and Emerald Canyon in Parker, AZ). House was very nice. The patio was particularly nice for our purposes. It was perfect for relaxing after golfing - plenty of seating, a hot tub, and a TV outside. We grilled and used the hot tub every night we were there. The house was clean and had plenty of space. It could easily accommodate more people and I would anticipate booking it again with a larger group. Booking and check-in were easy. Overall it was an excellent VRBO experience.

Location was great, 5 minute drive to Katherine Landing. The house was clean and well stocked. Garage space was amazing no issues parking two lifted trucks and one car. Highly recommended!!

A few things I dislike but another guest would appreciate if they improve on them, such better quality of pillows,more towels,sheets and mattresses, it is pricy and the least you expect it’s to have that quality.

No bad days!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property! Plenty of room for our whole family (11 total + 2 🐶🐶) & toys. It had everything we needed and more. Very close to town, lake, river & casinos. Christy was very responsive w/ questions prior to our stay and let us enjoy our time w our hassle. Would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING GARAGE♡

Beautiful House. Big, open, Beautifully decorated. My family enjoyed it- Sadly, when it came to end of the nights, we dreaded going on the beds. Mattresses and pillows are well below average. My family members all said the same about their bed. It was 7 of us- (kids 18 to 4- yes, my 18 yr old is still a kid) We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at this house and with the exception of a Good knife and cutting board, the kitchen sufficed for a simple meal. We tried the jacuzzi and it warmed up a few degrees and would shut off. My husband and teenage son tried it again and again. We just couldn't get it to heat all the way up. The first night, we weren't able to get "Hot" water for our showers - I texted the Christy the next morning and she gave me the green light to turn the boiler to a hotter setting. Very responsive. Thank you for that. The Check out Process, was a bit much. Especially when traveling with teenagers. Taking all the dirty linen and emptying trash cans, seems like it should have been the cleaning crew responsibility. (Which seem to need to put a but more elbow grease in their cealing.) At least that's been our experience at other rentals. On the positive, the Garage was absolutely AMAZING!!!! When I grow up, I want to have a garage like that.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this Sunridge Estates home tremendously. The AC perfectly cooled the entire home at the suggested temp. This house is perfectly furnished and is even more spacious than the pictures show. The Great Room was where we congregated before & after our time out on the Lake. With it’s perfect dining area & bar seating, TV area with super-sized, cozy Sectional and well stocked kitchen that all opens up to the completely sheltered outdoor hang out space with fire table, corn hole game, a super clean jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. Plenty of parking for cars with trailers and the most epic garage space to park your cars sheltered from the sweltering Arizona heat. Beds are new & firm, plenty of clean pillows, blankets, and towels. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation, boating on Lake Mohave

This was our first time in this rental. The house was very clean and well stocked. The backyard would be a great place to hangout in the evenings but it was too hot. Plenty of parking for 3 cars and a boat. Very short ride to Kathryn’s Landing. Great place to stay for a family of 8.

Fishing retreat

I was at Havasu with my bass club 6 of us stayed at the house. Great location, great parking for 3 boats. Plenty of room for us all. We cooked 3 nights and had all the necessary stuff. Christy was always quick to respond and made the process a pleasure
