"Pros:
Excellent customer service at the front desk
Great location
Cons:
The AC did not blow cold air and unfortunately rattled loudly. The room was really hot and stuffy even with the window open. It was a rough night trying to sleep.
The dryer did not work, which I didn’t realize until after I started the wash, so I had to pack damp clothes the next morning, It would have been far more helpful if the sign about the dryer was placed on the door of the washer/dryer unit itself."

"Schönes Zimmer, Check in und die Kommunikation läuft gut, ABER wir wurden leider drei mal ab 09:15 Uhr mitten im Schlaf geweckt von der Putzkraft durch lautes klingeln.
Beim zweiten Mal kam sie per Schlüssel sogar rein, woraufhin ich dann lauter gesagt habe JETZT NICHT.
Leider war das in der Form kein Komfort, ansonsten schönes Zimmer in einer guten Lage."
