Nestled just off of the shore of Bull Shoals Lake/Beaver Creek, this property is perfect for families and even your furry friend, seeking a peaceful getaway. Relax and rejuvenate as you boat, fish, and swim during the day. Come night, fire up the gas grill for an al fresco feast on the furnished porch. Additionally, this home is roughly 20 miles from all of Branson's major attractions!

Through numerous windows and a massive skylight, natural light illuminates the 1,400-square-foot interior of this Kissee Mills home! Plush furnishings, tasteful decor, and amenities, including in-unit laundry machines, come together to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for all.

After a day on the water, enjoy a hot shower in one of the 2 full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh towels. While you clean up, the group chef can get a head start on dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting essential appliances and ample counter space. For a true feast, fire up the gas grill (propane provided)!

Let your furry friend run free in the fenced yard as you set the outdoor table for an al fresco feast - weather permitting. If you prefer to dine indoors, savor your homemade meals around the 6-person dining table, with additional seats at the 3-person bar.

The lake also hosts activities like tubing, swimming, and pure relaxation. Fishing from the boat slip is also an option.

The house was very cozy, well stocked. It felt very much like home. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. I got a very good night sleep every night. Before we got there, Ms. Mary texted me and let me know what my surroundings were, i thought was wonderful. Have never had that before. Was a beautiful location right by the water. Will definitely book again next time we come to stay in kissee mills. Thanks again Ms. Mary!

The WiFi is bad and couldn't get enough signal to make calls let alone internet access. Nice, clean place with plenty of space for us with a nice deck for relaxing in the evening.

This was perfect for 3 adults for a weekend getaway. The house was nice and had everything we needed. Loved being able to go down to the end of the street and fish plus popping up to Springfield to go to the aquarium and then into Branson for shows and shopping.

The host Mary was very helpful with information on the surrounding area. We loved the property, it was perfect for our visit. My mom wanted to stay longer it was so peaceful. Three bedrooms were great, very clean and close to the lake. We plan on staying again when we come and visit family. Thank you Mary for making it so nice.

The home was okay except one bedroom had no air conditioning vent and was hot. The WiFi only worked occasionally. The television worked sporadically. We weren’t told we were by a flooded camp ground with no access to swim or rent a pontoon for tubing. We were very far from anything safe to do. We had to drive quite a bit in order to get on a lake.

So communication with the homeowner upon arrival and receiving the keys from the lockbox went well and that is where the good story ends. When driving to the property we noticed that a lot of the area was flooded out. Which was not ever told, communicated or disclosed by the property owner or online for the lake itself. The amenities of having the park,fishing, and swimming which were some of the booking points that we looked forward to when booking this property were not even available. From there we found out from the locals that this lake and property had been flooded out by 28 feet of water for the past 9 months. Therefore that information left hard feelings since none of this was disclosed and we would not have booked this property knowing that we were looking forward to the amenities that were near. The story doesn't end there. The drinking water which was a cloudy Brown water which I have photos of was due to the water treatment plant not being able to filter out the flooded water which now contaminated all drinking water and showering water. This lead to us having to purchase 3 32 cases of water to support our family for a 4-day stay there which we left a day early due to amount of bugs from flood water, wasp, and the mold and animal smell that lingered within the home. Evidence of prior animals being there from pee stains actually in the floor. The smells of animals and urine due to the age of the carpet lead us to a uncomfortable stay when in the home. There was fur all over the comforter in the master bedroom as well. Very displeased with VRBO and the homeowner due to the lack of communication. If pictures are needed I would gladly provide them but in the comments section here were unable to add those. To any future renters be weary of the property and do your thorough investigation with anybody that you can communicate with to ask questions about the area. We are going to request some type of refund or compensation due to the fact we did not stay for our allotted time , Fact that the property was not up to par in any way, and the fact that the surrounding area were below standards.

Although we did not see the area as it normally is due to flooding (Beaver creek was a lake!!), we still had a great time at this nice little lake home and a great time boating on the water. Spacious, clean and affordable, this home provided everything my group of 6 needed to have a blast over 4 days. Mary was a fantastic host and communicated with me quickly for anything that was needed (which was nothing more than basic questions). Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and yard and the house had all the things you need to relax and enjoy your time. Lots of room in the kitchen and the deck is pretty cool as well. I suppose that the only negative I could find was the beds were uncomfortable. But that was it!! The water is a short walk away and there are plenty of places to put in your boat or go for a swim. The driveway is big enough for a large truck and trailer as well. We had a great time and would definitely go back. If you want to skip the crowds and enjoy a quiet and affordable weekend on the water...This is a great place to be. I would definitely recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful time here! It was a great place - plenty of room (4 adults, two kids), very clean, nice and quiet neighborhood, close to the water. We all loved relaxing on the deck and watching the family of deer in the evenings. The kids loved the bunk beds. The short drive to Branson was perfect for enjoying the beauty of the hills. We all have a blast here and look forward to staying again!

My whole family stayed in this home including a toddler. We had a great time and would Definitely return. We enjoyed having our boat within walking distance to the slips. The kitchen was fully furnished and did not miss anything we needed. We cooked all of our own meals. We loved having the deck area locked for our toddler to play and be safe. Mary was very helpful and easy access.

As soon as you walk in the door, you feel at home. Very clean. Comfortable beds with fresh linens. Plenty of room. Large refrigerator and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable living room with nice flat screen TV, WiFi, and warm, cozy electric fireplace. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We loved the front porch. Great walk to the water everyday. Quick, easy drive to Branson everyday! Mary is a joy to work with. She gave clear, precise instructions. Quick responses via text. Highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

Beautiful decor bringing your own boat would make it more attractive the walls were very thin but that is usually true for a modular home Did not have disposal or dishwasher Doors kept closing on their own on the bath and kids room - Needed magnetic holds to keep them open. Very clean and well kept. We brought our dog and having a pet door was nice. The yard was a little small but had a chain link fence Was disappointed with the additional pet charge. Lots of cookware and the stove and fridge were great. Table in the dining area was small Would not be possible to fit more than 4 The master bedroom was terrific - The beds in the quest room and kids room were too soft. Guest bedroom felt a little cramped and the TV had very few channels. The biggest disappointment was the lack of wi-fi . Contacted the owner regarding wi-fi but never got a reply. For a couple or a family with small kids it would probably have been a better fit.
