"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying overnight while traveling. The staff is delightful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortably, as is the entire facility. The food is top notch, the pool and gym facilities are outstanding. I can say without hesitation, especially as a solo and female American traveling for the first time through Asia that I have been made incredibly comfortable, safe, and welcome. "Great for a stopover in KL Airport T2. Signage could be better when you come out of the elevator. Desk gave me a key that wouldn't open the door, not what I needed when I didn't have much time to sleep anyway."

"Didn't enjoy the loud lounge singers heard from the bedroom singing late ino the night, or the terrible pool music. Not given the sea view room I booked, or a quiet room I requested. However room was changed the next morning by helpful reception staff and porter. Beach is very nice but the swinging chairs are rusty and falling apart."
