Complete access to lower floor of a large private home on 1.8 acres. Surrounded by trees and nature. Great for relaxing by the pool, going biking on the Greenway, or enjoy nearby Lake Lanier.
Pool may not be heated during cold weather. Hot spa is available year round.
Note, upper level is occupied by owners, both teachers in their 60s.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, two very large bedrooms that can accommodate an extra bed. Even larger and very comfortable bathrooms. New kitchen. But the best part is the pool area with a gas grill and plenty of space for family fun.

Beautiful lower level rental with a lovely pool in a residential area. A quick 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk through neighborhood to town of Sugar Hill with an amazing local coffee shop (Rushing Trading Co), pizza place and several other options. Easy 20 minute drive to Lake Lanier for a day at the lake.

A great Thanksgiving stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful visit here for five days, visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. First, the space was spotless, and enormous – we loved having the gym room, ping pong space, extra bar kitchen space, and large living room with a nice desk area for remote work. It's the full basement of a house, with plenty of windows along two sides of the space – we had a great view of bright red autumn leaves on the grounds. We baked several pies here – there's plenty of counter space, and modern appliances. John was very responsive and helpful to any questions, and we'll be staying here next time we're in town!

Centralized location for PG East Cobb and surrounding fields.

We were in town for Perfect Game WWBA Tournament at East Cobb. This location was centralized to the 4 fields we played at. House was better than the pictures and ad stated. Pool and spa were nice to get in after a long day at the fields. A++++ on this property

Great location and views

We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!

Best vacay stay

This property was really good. It has finished backyard with pool and hot tub. Also has outdoor shower. There is also firepit. Owner provided toys and slippers for the pool. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as it was cold. The unit is actually finished basement with owners upstairs. But there is a door at the bottom of the stairs which gives privacy. This unit has kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 and half bath, one wet bar, dining room, family room, gym room and game room. There is a big TV in the family room. The master bath has nice shower and wet room. This unit has so many features, you could easily have staycation for couple of days. The unit was very clean. Only complaint that i have dining room is away from the kitchen which makes it hard to carry your meals to the dining table. Overall this is nice unit and we are planning to stay here again in the future.

Comfortable Stay Visiting Family

We felt right at home in this spacious property, boasting a beautiful and private backyard space and comfortable living area with well laid out bedrooms and connecting en suite full bathrooms. Plus minutes away from shops and local eateries. A place you won’t want to miss!

Quiet, beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful, spacious home. The owners lived upstairs but only saw the wife out front as we were coming and going as she was letting her dog out. We used the whirlpool every day. The pool/whirlpool area is beautiful, quiet and secluded. It was everything we needed for our visit with kids and grandparents to GA. Owner was great with communicating with us via text during or stay if we needed something. Would highly recommend to any families. Thank you!

Stunningly PERFECT!

This VRBO has been by far the greatest! The home is impeccable, warm and inviting. Lots of space with all the luxuries. The outdoor space, pool/spa/firepit, was perfectly designed for any & all. So very beautiful, AND the birds!, they sang while enjoying the pool, sweet! The host, John, was the most accommodating,informative and welcoming. Communication was nonpareil We even enjoyed a day of sailing together on Lake Lanier!!! By far all around more than anyone could expect! THANK YOU JOHN & Mrs. !!! Trish, JAZZ and Wendy

Had a 2nd stay!!

Had to comeback and stay a 2nd time! Host’s are Gracious, place is immaculate and close to SugarHill downtown where we could enjoy nice dinners and music. Will be referring to my friends and family when coming out to visit.

A Beautiful Get-a-way Oasis

The property grounds and especially the pool are beautiful. Our family of 5 had an amazing time and spent it pool side every day! The area is private and so enjoyable. Highly recommend it for anyone who is coming to the area!

Wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and very clean. Convenient location to Mall, Lake Lanier and downtown Sugar Hill. Property managers were awesome and easy to communicate with. Would easily recommend to anyone looking to relax and enjoy their time away from home.
