Very nice location, very quiet, enjoyed the porch and the golf cart. There were a few broken things- a drawer in the kitchen and one of the lounge chairs. The cleaning before we checked in was rushed and not thorough, but the owner had it recleaned that night. The AC was difficult to control because the downstairs got very cold in order to keep the upstairs cool.Overall, it was a great stay!

Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!

I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
