Meticulous Main St Ranch 3 Bd Lux Apt Front Unit

This well-appointed, recently renovated, 1350 sq. ft. ranch duplex apt. is located on Main St in the heart of charming & historic Clarence, NY. The community is a beautiful, safe, and family friendly suburb of Buffalo, NY. The entire apt. is on one level, with two parking spaces next to the entrance. The beautiful open concept floor plan provides an abundance of natural lighting, creating a comfortable airy feeling, that is perfect for small gatherings, business travelers, and entertaining.
The space
The completely remodeled duplex apartment features luxury finishes and amenities including:
- Granite countertops throughout
- Shaker style soft close cabinets
- Full-size stainless appliances, including dishwasher
- Highest internet speed available (download 400 Mbps/upload 20 Mbps)
- Large closets throughout
- Cable TV (65")
- Plush spa quality towels, and soft hypoallergenic bed pillows and linens
- Three bedrooms - one with king size bed, and two with queen size beds with quality memory foam mattresses
- Work area with charging station
- Well equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals
- Keurig coffee maker
- Beautiful dining area and breakfast bar for additional seating.
- Sparkling clean bathroom with stand-up shower and bathtub. Half bathroom with granite counter top and cabinet
- In-unit laundry room with state-of-the-art full capacity washer and dryer with steam feature
- Parking (2 spaces) right next to the entrance. Additional parking is available upon request.

Entire apartment is all on one level, there are only two steps to get into front door.
Other things to note
We are a fully licensed Airbnb with the Town of Clarence.
Loretta is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and is trained in infection control. Loretta personally supervises the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of the entire apartment. We use EPA-Registered hospital disinfectant products (MadaCide), sanitize all bed linens, and use the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while cleaning the apartment.

Our second stay here and somehow it was even better. The host is extremely thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and felt taken care of. The house was immaculate, and the Christmas tree porch light on for our delayed arrival was such a welcoming touch. We’ll be back for sure!

Main St ranch - front unit

We were in Clarence for a cousin reunion. Lovely home in excellent condition and very well stocked. Owners thought of everything, supplying coffee, snacks & bottled water! They were always available and responded promptly to any questions. Our only minor issue was the location, as it was a bit busy and noisy. However we would stay again on our next visit to the area.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful stay. The home was immaculate upon arrival. Home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. On top of that all the beds were so comfortable! Will definitely look to stay again anytime I visit my family in the area.

The property was as described, everything was clean, and the towels, dishes, and other useful items left for our use were great! The hosts were gracious as well and made our stay a treat. I'd be happy to rent here again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Met all expectations

The home was clean modern and homey, if your a Bills fan this is the place to stay with all the Buffalo’s around the home. If available will definitely look to staying again next time in town for a Bills game

Immaculate!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was immaculate! Furnishings were very nice and everything was in great condition! She left us bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that at least one of the bedrooms have a TV. With multiple people staying there and different age groups it would have been nice to have at least one more TV than just the one in the living room. Location was great. When coming back again to visit my family I would definitely would choose to stay here again.

Perfect Accommodations

This property was exactly as advertised and more. Very clean with very comfortable furnishings. We were a group of six, in town for a family reunion. Close to shopping and the airport with easy access to major highways. Our host provided plenty of comforts including coffee, snacks, bottled water, laundry supplies and plenty of towels. Beds were super comfy and good night's sleep was had by all. We will definitely return next time we need accommodations in the Clarence, N.Y. area. I highly recommend this property.
