Towels were never stocked in the pool area and we stood at the counter on two separate occasions for more than 20 minutes just to ask for towels. Again, staff wasn't apologetic at all. "Very clean room and comfortable bed and clean bleached bed sheets. The pool at night was amazing very deep nice hot tub and LED lights in the pool. The Sauna was nice and hot. The bathroom was very clean and could smell it was cleaned good. I didn’t try the breakfast because I didn’t see any food around being served. It was a nice overnight stay "
