We found the casita a little warm for sleeping without AC, so we all ended up staying in the main house. It really depends on your comfort level without AC. The temps are likely tolerable for many people - 80s during the day, 70s at night. Dawn was super responsive and helpful. The power went out...

"I do not think we could have stayed in a more perfect place. The landscaping, the scenery, the house were all beyond beautiful. The accommodations were just right for our family of 12. "Our stay on this property was amazing everything from communication to all the extra amenities provided that were not part of the description. Nacho was excellent and even though we arrived much later than expected, he was there assisting us with everything you could imagine. We would highly recommend this property to anyone that was looking for a place to stay in Costa Rica."

"Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Our property manager Olmer was incredible. Lots of local knowledge and available for questions. "

"Ojochal is a great town. The views at the house are fantastic and seeing the large variety of birds from the sitting area by the pool was fantastic. The property manager Dawn was very helpful and accommodation. "

"The property was well maintained and clean. Came with everything needed for the stay. Very comfortable accommodations! Would highly recommend staying at this property. One issue was difficulty in finding the property. We drove around for an hour in the area trying to find it. Would recommend better lighting and/or signage to avoid this in the future. "

"I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal - a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall.The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!"
