The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and the built-in laundry room is perfect for longer stays. Additionally, there is also a laundromat in the building in case you need to use a dryer machine!

During the summer, guests can enjoy the complex's heated swimming pool, and the gym is available year-round for those who want to keep fit.



Security is a priority in the building, with a security service available 24 hours a day to guarantee the safety of guests.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
