Viatges a Buenache de Alarcón

Great experience

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are comfy, spacious, well laid out and all the amenities are top notch. It’s billed as a luxury hotel and that’s where the confusion. The front desk aloof and not so much help, the card reader was not working at one set of doors as we stood there trying for 5 minutes with staff watching, a drink in the lobby good luck finding someone to take your order, baggage help seems to be with hesitation. I found the whole city of Madrid pleasant and friendly with the exception of inside this hotels doors. Beautiful hotel billed as luxury without the actual service that sets a true 5 star hotels apart. But again very comfortable beautiful and the location can not be beat.
