Kick back at Honan House and experience the slower pace of a historic mountain town. This charming, turn-of-the-century home is just steps away from Salida's Downtown Historic District, that is filled with art studios, specialty shops, restaurants and more. This cozy home features original hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, as well as modern appliances in the spacious country kitchen.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Cute little house. Had all the amenities needed!! It was perfectly located and about a 10 min walk to downtown. Great communication with the hosts throughout the stay. Would definitely book with them again!

Loved the Honan House

Beautiful home with lots of charm and everything we needed. Very clean and updated. Not far from restaurants (5-10 minutes drive) and 30 minutes from Monarch Mountain. Sleeps 4 comfortably! We will be back!

Funeral for a friend

We stayed because we were attending a celebration of life of a friend at the Elks. Location is perfect close to in-laws, walkable to downtown or Elks. Kitchen was good if we wanted to cook

NEEDS A GOOD DEEP CLEANING

The house had lot of character. Good location to downtown. prop mng forgot to send checkin info but once contacted they were very helpful & quick to send check in - out was easy & fast; access was very simpleWe did have a problem with the horrible cigarette smoke the whole house smelled like a nasty ashtray. We had to go purchase a deodorizer. It was unbearable.

Very cute house, great location.

Everything about this stay in Salida was great except the check in process. We tried to reach out to the property management company the day before as we had not received any information about check in. We called and called and called. Finally we involved VRBO and they were able to assist in getting the needed information so we would leave home and feel secure that we were going to be able to get into the home. The house was great and the location was so convenient.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful restored home with a wonderful history. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Salida, but in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay!

lovely restored home

Theme is beautifully restored. Has the 1880's vibe with appropriate furnitures and fixtures. But also modern touches, technology and comfort such as in the kitchen. We found it restful, roomy and comfortable. Would stay again.

Comfortable historic home, good renovation

This is a really cute house and the pictures are accurate—the other reviews were helpful and accurate too. The house is warm in summer, “Rocky Mountain air conditioning” notwithstanding. The bathroom is a beautiful and functional remodel—the kitchen is great. The mattresses were comfortable but the rest of the furniture could use an upgrade—good enough for a rental, I guess!! Location was fabulous. Lose to everything, beautiful town.

Delightful Salida experience
