"Absolutely fabulous place, gorgeously located, beautiful premises overlooking Los Gigantes. The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. Everything around was so accessible and easy to reach, and taxis are very reasonable. The service is just fantastic and the mood was so...

"I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast! "

"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"Very comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is well organized and very useful. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The presence of shops and restaurants nearby is very useful. If parking was included in the price it would be great because it is really really difficult to find parking nearby."

"Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)"
