  • Newly renovated cottage in northeastern Sardinia. Just a short distance from the renowned Costa Smeralda area. A charming two-bedroom cottage with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
    Comfortably sleeps five. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and three single beds in the other bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic-top stove and oven, and a full-sized refrigerator. Towels, linens, and cooking utensils are provided. Air conditioning – Washer – Free Wi-Fi (1 GB per day) – TV – Free parking next to the entrance.
    During your stay, you can simply relax or have fun cooking on the BBQ in the beautifully landscaped garden, which features a patio with outdoor dining furniture and a shower. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the center of Budoni (and Agrustos), perfect for a nice evening stroll or shopping...

Highly recommended

Very nice place, we particularly enjoyed the little garden and large covered terrace. It’s less than 10min walk from the beach so really ideal for a relaxing holiday!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auto zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft gehabt. Es sind wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Im Haus ist alles verfügbar was man benötigt. Eine große überdachte Terrasse wo man immer frühstücken und Abendessen kann. Vielen dank an die Vermieterin und Paolo

Le Cottage est très mignon, grand et très propre à notre arrivée.Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.Les indications étaient faciles à suivre et le parking juste devant la maison.En faisant un peu de route tous les jours nous avons pu faire de belles activités aux alentours.Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour ici.Merci à vous et bonne continuation.

100% Wohlfühlen

Wir haben fast 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus gewohnt. Der Vermieter hat an so viele kleine Details gedacht ( Mückenstecker + Nachfüllpacks in jedem Raum,mehrere Kühltaschen, großer stabiler Sonnenschirm,alles Zubehör zum Grillen war vorhanden,Bastmatten, Schwimmringe...) Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und so wie es aussieht etwas renoviert worden (Fassade neu gestrichen und terasse neu gefließt Man ist schnell in Budoni und San Teodoro. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Casa molto curata, perfetta per famiglie

La casa è molto bella, nuova ed esattamente come mostrato nelle foto (il barbecue nel giardino è perfetto per le serate estive). La cucina dispone di ogni cosa necessaria. La proprietaria ci ha accolti con prodotti locali e bevande fresche nel frigorifero ed è stata molto disponibile nel risolvere un problema durante la nostra permanenza. La zona è silenziosa, distante pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo!
