The area is a walkers paradise, with access to the South West Coast Path you can head north in to Devon and visit the peaceful Hawkers Hut and stunning church at Morwenstow or South towards Crackington Haven. Both directions offer stunning views and plenty of places to stop off for a refreshment. Alternatively, venture inland and spend a day exploring Bodmin Moor, a haven to trek from Rough Tor as far as Brown Willy (Cornwall’s highest point). Other attractions and places of interest accessible from this great location include the picturesque coastal villages of Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Tintagel, Boscastle, numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Or you could do something a little more relaxing and take advantage of the secret sanctuary spa situated just at the top of the lane, offering a range of beauty and holistic treatments.


Stepping inside this delightful property and through into the lounge, you will find yourself in a warm and welcoming room with an original inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, Smart TV, lovely countryside views and French doors leading to the garden. Located next to this is the light and bright dining room with sofa and additional Smart TV - the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day. From here, step into the kitchen which is presented in a fabulous contemporary, country style and offers a breakfast bar, electric oven and induction hob, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, dishwasher plus a separate utility area with a large American style fridge/freezer, microwave and also a washing machine - there is a door from the kitchen leading to a small courtyard. Completing the offering on the ground floor is an undeniably useful wet room with WC. Heading up the oak staircase and onto the first floor you will find the 2 spacious bedrooms, the first of which is a super-king room with a feature vaulted ceiling and stunning exposed beams, with a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Additionally guests can enjoy access to a small, ancient wooded area and a public footpath which runs directly from the grounds across fields to Marhamchurch towards Widemouth Bay and Bude (both within a 3 mile walk). Private, off-road parking for two cars is provided.
