The apartment is located on a pedestrian street in downtown Budapest. It is in an elegant, well kept house, the windows of the apartment look onto an inner courtyard, providing a quiet atmosphere.
Taxi service available upon request to and from airport (EUR 35.-)/one way.
Price includes all costs (cleaning, internet, heating, etc), there's nothing extra to be paid.

Stepping out from the building you'll find great restaurants, shops and you're just a few steps away from the SUBWAY station of Deak square where all metro lines connect. There are historical buildings all around you, 10 minute walk from the Danube on one side, the Opera, Basilica, on the other.
Here you'll really find yourself in the center.

I will provide you with a list of where to go (and where not to go) and will be happy to assist you on your way to explore Budapest.

I recommend this place for 2 persons who like to be where there's lots to see and yet able to retreat to a quiet hideaway after a long day of sightseeing, shopping..

Property is in a perfect place to enjoy Budapest. Easy to get to from the airport via the 100e bus, on a walking street but apartments is situated on an inner courtyard so very quiet. Host is available and wants you to enjoy the city. Highly recommended.

Excellent central location

We enjoyed our visit of Budapest. The location of Andrew’s apartment was perfect for exploring. Apartment is well equipped for preparing your own meals. Nice to have a washing machine and drying rack available. There was scaffolding out front that made locating the entrance a little difficult and dark.

Location, location, location

This apartment is in the heart of Budapest, walking distance to all major sites. The spacious apartment is great for a short stay. We took advantage of all the cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the area so didn’t really use the kitchen. Unit appears to have everything you would need though. Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic

Flat had everything we needed, very well equipped, communication spot on and so easy to get in. Go to gate, get keys from box, go through doors and and up stairs to the apartment. The greatest thing was the location, you are right in the middle of Budapest. The Danube and main shopping street are about 10 minutes walk away. We spent the entire trip in easy walking distance of most places and got a hop on hop off bus ticket for a couple of days to visit the Thermal baths. As someone with walking difficulties it was amazing to be able to explore so much on foot as it was all so close. We didn't even switch the TV on in the apartment as there was so much to do. There's a breakfast place right next to the entrance and the street leading to the Danube and main square is lined with places to eat and drink. Loved the Apartment, loved Budapest and loved the Flippermuseum - loads of Pinball machines, all free play.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, close to shops, restaurants and plenty of night life a short walk away. Andrew our host was communicative and extremely accommodating - he went above and beyond to help us out and had some great recommendations!

This is a neat location very central to the heart of the city with easy access to a very good public transit system. Andras was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport.

Perfect home base for seeing Budapest

The apartment was very comfortable. It was well-equipped for our stay! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and towels were nice. It does have a tiny shower, but the water was hot with good pressure. The internet was outstanding. Andrew was very good about checking in to make sure we were all set.
