Brand new sunny apartment

Brand new sunny apartment only 2-3 minutes away from Móricz Zsigmond square and the beautiful Bartók Béla Boulevard packed with the best coffees, restaurants, pubs and ice-cream shops of the city. Despite being close to the heart of Budapest, the flat is very quiet thanks to its inner location.
Also suitable for families with small children!

THE SPACE:
Our apartment is 55 sq meters (600 sq feet) big, on the 4th floor of a recently renovated house with an elevator. It has a nice bedroom (with a queen-size bed (160*200) and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction hob and oven, dishwasher, dishes and vessels are all there for you). In the living room, there is a convertible sofa that can serve as a double bed, and 4K HD TV with Netflix. The bath has a tub, but is also equipped with a shower facility. There is a huge cupboard in the bedroom, many shelves and space for your belongings. You have a dedicated workplace and high-speed wifi connection.

The apartment is also suitable for families with small children! We offer you high chair, baby potty/toddler toilet seat, crib, microwave oven.

NEIGHBORHOOD description
The place is next to Móricz Zsigmond Square, a public transportation hub of Buda. Metro line 4, numerous tram and bus lines stop right at the corner and you can reach the downtown of Budapest in 10 minutes. If you want to take a short walk, you can just walk up Gellért hill (from which you have a full view of Budapest) or visit a beautiful park with a lake next to the building. Surrounded by plentiful greenery, two terrace restaurants, a concert stage, small pier, tennis club, outdoor gym, children’s playground and a jogging course, Feneketlen-tó (the ‘bottomless lake’) provides ample scope for recreation few steps away from our house.
A shopping mall, fast food and other restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. Liberty Bridge, river Danube and Central Market are 5-10 minutes away.

Did you know? Ujbuda district has been named one of the coolest districts in the world by Time Out Magazine. Sure, it is the coolest in Budapest! Trendy Bartók Boulevard boasts some of the best bars, restaurants and things to do in Budapest. Yes, also just steps away from our great flat!

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed, not even in front of the entrance of the flat.

2. From 1 September 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are obliged to collect information on the identity of guests upon arrival and share this information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency.
In practice, the data will be collected by digital scanning of identity documents and uploaded to the Hungarian Tourism Agency's Guest Information Closed Database. If the guest refuses to provide the required document, the person concerned shall be denied access to the accommodation service.
The accommodation provider may give guests the option of scanning the personal data required by law from their identity cards by themselves, remotely and digitally using the property management system.

Parking:
You may park on the street, however it is only free on weekends. You can leave your car in 'Allee' shopping mall (5 minutes on foot) for 400 HUF/hour.

Wonderful new apartment - with all equipment you could need. Very quiet, sunny, clean, modern, good quality equipment - the best apartment I ever had (and I constantly travel for work and private). Really perfect! Also the host was very supportive! Fully can recommend this apartment!
