"Room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and mold. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out. Bedding was all stained yellow. "After a 4 hour road trip we were immediately treated with a smile and a cookie and that was awsome, because we were starving. The staff is so kind and really help make you comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and as was the lady that attended it all. She really made sure everything was full and tasty . The rooms were so comfortable and perfect if you have kids . The pack & play fit perfectly in the sofa/ lounge area. And enough space for us to walk around with plenty of desks to work while...

"Perfect location for a softball district tournament at San Carlos Park. The queen room was perfect for two adults and teen, it was spacious with large windows (with blackout curtains) to the front of the property. The shower/tub combo was appropriate and provided a strong hot shower. The pool was clean and big enough to accommodate several guest; the hot tub was the same. "The hotel was affordable and available after being stranded in airports for the last 24 hours. The room was clean, bathroom clean, fridge clean, however the couch was peeling, and the water in the shower was lukewarm. I could overlook those things because i was a drivable distance to the beach, in a paradise, and it was affordable in an emergency. Just be ware that the hotel is right next to a night club that plays loud music late into the night."

"Staff was very aggressive, rude, would not let us finish a sentence or ask a question without an authoritative interject as if any type of communication was an attempt to undermine their professionalism.. just felt cold, as if scolded by a controlling overbarring parental figure. It was uncalled for. We ended up having to cancel a 3 day stay with a $150 security deposit I might add, due to unforeseen circumstances that required us to relocate to a new city… never even stepped foot in our suite,...
