"This was the perfect little house for us. It had everything we needed. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and relaxing in the creek was amazing and peaceful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and Schoepfs BBQ where we went for live music. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"The Tyler House is a beautifully restored historical home! The owners spared no expense when renovating this gem in the heart of Old Downtown Salado. We were in walking distance of cute shops and restaurants, but the home is so comfortable that we spent most of our time there. Each bedroom has a King size bed and an ensuite bath, which is a rare find! The home also has lovely outdoor areas with plenty of seating. We would DEFINITELY stay at the Tyler House again!"

"We really loved the home!Lots of character!The home was very clean and extremely comfortable.It was a really hot and humid weekend but the HVAC system kept every part of the home extremely comfortable.The pool was also clean and lots of fun!Loved the den/pool room.We would definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in the area."

"We traveled into town for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday party. The house was perfect for our extended family and had plenty of room without crowding each other. Our son-in-law is stationed at Fort Hood so We definitely will be back to stay. "

"Recommending that maybe have someone go and turn air down prior to arrival due to it being so hot. It took several hours for temperature to get cool. There was not any hand soap, dish soap, body soap, cleaning supplies. Suggestion, maybe have an iron, ironing board? It was a very nice home and cozy all in all. Maybe make up removal towels?? Thank you!"
