"The building is charming and clean and location is beautiful, but the structure is a bit quirky w BR and the only BA on first floor, kitchen & LR on 2nd and additional sleeping space on 3rd (late night bathroom visits are potentially awkward as climbing steps may be, especially for elderly. No problem for just wife and I.My biggest gripe is communication as the host responded to questions, but I wasn't notified and didn't know he replied until I inadvertantly saw the reply days later. "We came in from the Chicago area to go to the Columbus Zoo and the Wilds. The location was perfectly in the middle of our 2 destinations. Gorgeous spot on the lake with 2 beautiful balconies to enjoy the views and perfect weather we had! House was great for my family! "

"Really liked the lake house, fully equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of lake. Very nice having dock right out the front door. The inside stairway is a bit steep. Not for the elderly. Would definitely stay again. The property manager was always a text away to answer any questions. "

"The property was an amazing location with a dock available feet from the house. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The house was very clean … well stocked with all needs that are used in daily life from kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff etc. The host welcomed are two service dogs without hesitation too. We will be back to use this home again. Thank you for your hospitality and for the opportunity to visit this beautiful Lake "

"143 Elliot St at Buckeye Lake was an adorable four room house with a laundry room. Many homes on the street to this location looked a bit tattered but this little house had a complete makeover. Plenty of space for the two of us. We had two bedrooms but only used one. Nice eat in kitchen fully furnished with everything and even some condiments in the pantry. Laundry room was equipped with washer/dryer and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Basically all we needed to bring was our clothes and...

"Just a little disappointed in the actual location of this home, as it appears in the description that it is on the lake which it isnt, its across the street and you cannot look out and actually gaze upon the lake. Upon our arrival I was a little disappointed the stairs going up to the door were covered in snow and ice. There were no shovels or snow tools to remove it and it was a little dangerous taking my 88 yr old Mom up those steps. Later I found a broom and dust pan and used the dust pan...

"Stayed here for family wedding. Very clean. Neighborhood is a little iffy visually but we had no issues and it was quiet. Walking distance to lake. Enjoyed our stay and had no complaints."

"Great, well-stocked cottage only a few minute's walk from Buckeye Lake. The cottage was very clean and the owners were very responsive when we asked questions. Loved our stay here and we'd definitely stay here again if we are in the area. "

"My family takes a vacation together every year. We were impressed with this home. There was plenty of room for all of us, it was clean, the beds are beyond comfortable and there were lots of activities for adults and children. The whole family was happy and didn’t want to leave. Our host Tabitha was very helpful and quick to respond."
