Arrived after midnight.No internet upon arrival. Had to text property manager and waited until noon to have access to internet.Had a family emergency (mother was admitted into hospital) and needed to leave property sooner. Informed property manager of situation and requested a credit for the 3 nights that were not used. Property manager called me rude and forceful in my demands. I explained to her that I don’t want a refund but a credit of 2-3 nights at a later time during my stay.Customer service at its worst.Would not recommend anyone to deal with them, in particular since they own multiple properties in the area.Location of apartment makes it difficult since it’s far away from center of the city. Extremely limited parking available.
