"We liked the location on a quiet street and the suite was well-equipped for everything we needed. Spacious balcony and living room. Very nice pool. The property manager communicated promptly and clearly (in English) and was flexible when our plans changed. "

"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"Great location near the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. We had a studio that opened onto the shared pool, which was nice to have in June heat. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The only minor issues were a couple of wooden doors, one in the bathroom that kept swinging in the way and the other the door into the studio that didn’t seem to close securely. Checking in was a little confusing as there are three different buildings, but staff were helpful in guiding us down the street...

"At 4 AM I received the message sent the night before by the host who canceled our reservation, saying that his wife evicted him from the property. We were left high and dry to find another place to stay. It was a horrible experience for us, and we probably will not be using VRBO again thank you."

"This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. "The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! "

"This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and three kids. Plenty of space, lots of amenities and a great balcony with a view of the pool and beach. Beach was swimmable but a little rough with the afternoon wind. Pool was the perfect temp. Host provided drinking water and there was even storage containers for leftovers. Highly recommend. "

"The property is located in the center of the Golden Zone in Bucerías with access to different restaurants and shops. The beach is less then 2 minutes away. We really enjoyed the property."

We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but...
